A witness in a Champaign County trial has been shot to death.
Urbana police 29-year-old Curtis Mosely was shot Monday at an Urbana apartment.
Mosely was scheduled to testify Tuesday in the trial of 23-year-old Ardis Fenn.
Fenn has pleaded not guilty to aggravated battery with a firearm in another shooting involving Mosely.
A Champaign County judge has issued a warrant for Fenn's arrest.
At the time of the shooting, Fenn was out on bond.
