A man is airlifted to a Champaign hospital after his truck crashes into a Mattoon factory.

Witnesses tell News Watch, around eleven Tuesday morning, a man driving a pickup truck drove his vehicle head on into the cement wall of General Steel and Metals on Logan Street.

They tell us after paramedics removed him from the car he was airlifted to Carle Hospital in Urbana.

Workers are saying the impact "shook the building" and caused some serious damage to the wall.

No names are being released at this time.

Workers say the driver may have had a seizure.
